Caritas Social Action Network (CSAN) was launched in March 2003 to help raise the profile and voice of Catholics involved in social justice. It is an agency of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales, and a a national member of the Caritas Internationalis confederation.

The Las Casas Institute, at Blackfriars Hall, Oxford, brings together a growing academic family or community of scholars, mainly lay women and men, who draw on the rich tradition of Catholic social thought, teaching, and practice.

The Centre for Catholic Studies (CCS) at Durham University represents a creative partnership between academy and church: a centre within the pluralist, public academy for critically constructive Catholic studies of the highest academic standing.

CAFOD is the official aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales and part of Caritas International. CAFOD campaigns for global justice, so that every woman, man and child can live a full and dignified life.

The London Jesuit Centre exists to accompany people on the path to spiritual maturity.

The Centre for Catholic Education, Research and Religious Literacy (CERRL) at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, serves to improve and inform Catholic schooling and religious education, while also promoting inter-religious and inter-denominational dialogue.
